Palmyr.art is Massimiliano Moro, an artist based in Lugano (Switzerland)

Warranty.

Palmyr.art sells artworks. The Artist understands that the artworks emit light and that they may lead to malfunction over time. Considering this, the Artist includes in each order the following spares: two LEDs, one driver.

During the period of two (2) years, starting from delivery date, the Artist will deal directly with the buyer, for possible problems concerning the artwork.

Invoices.

The invoices are issued in the name of the Artist, Massimiliano Moro (address: via San Giorgio 14, 6976 Castagnola, CH)

Delivery.

Shipping costs are included in the prices indicated, for sending the artwork in Switzerland and in the countries of European Union that have reasonable cost service. For extra-UE shipping the cost is 100€.

We currently ship products to all countries in the EU zone, The United States, Canada, and other countries.

Approximate deliver time is specified in the product page, but the Artist is not responsible for possible problems or delay generated by customs and shipping companies.

VAT.

VAT is applied to orders from Switzerland and it is included in the prices indicated. For orders from different countries VAT, import taxes and each further possible costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We strive to guarantee the most efficient service by preparing all necessary documents for Custom Duties and Taxes on our deliveries to EU Countries and to the United States.

Please note that duties and taxes may however incur additional charges upon arrival in your country. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties. These are determined by your local customs authority and may include sales tax or processing duties charged by your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of taxes and duties for your order as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

All taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping. Palmyr.art can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. In the event that these charges are not paid upon arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, we will request that the shipping carrier return the order. Upon receipt of the returned order, the customer will receive a refund for the returned products less any freight costs incurred by Palmyr.art.

Responsibilities.

Palmyr.art sells artworks that are not plugged in. Any kind of problem related to the use of the artwork or to the connection of the artwork to the power line is of exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Returns.

A Buyer is entitled to a 14-day “cooling off period,” or a “right of withdrawal”, during which a Buyer may cancel his/her order and return an item without giving any reason, upon pertinent written notice to the Seller.

You can return the product purchased within 14 days from the date you received your order by contacting us at info@palmyr.art and we will guide you through the process. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

Please remember that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

The relationship between the Artist and the buyer is subject to by Swiss law. For any controversy, the court of jurisdiction is the Court of Lugano.
